The Experiences of Newly Graduated Nurses during Their First Year of Practice

The present study aimed to explore the experiences of newly graduated nurses during their first year practise. A qualitative descriptive design was employed in this study. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with gather detailed descriptions and transition workplace after graduation. Thematic analysis utilised identify patterns themes collected data.
